Tarptautinė kūno kultūros federacija (FIEP) vienija asmenis, kolektyvus, garbės narius, taip pat narius korespondentus, skatina kūno kultūros plėtotę, įvairių šalių bendravimą, skleidžia informaciją apie kūno kultūros pratybų formas, metodus, leidžia specialų leidinį, atlieka jaunimo ir pagyvenusių žmonių kūno kultūros mokslinius tyrimus. Įkurta 1923 m.
